These Terms apply when you use the SocialMint website or buy a package. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

Who we are

SocialMint provides Facebook & Instagram growth packages — content, reach, audience growth, page management, and Facebook content monetization support — as described on the packages section.

The service

• We focus on brand-safe growth. We do not use fake followers or bot tactics.
• Results and timing depend on your page, niche, and platform conditions.
• You can choose local, international, or custom audience options as shown on the site.
• We do not control Meta platform decisions (reach, eligibility, or monetization approval).

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to manage the Facebook / Instagram page you submit.
• You must send a correct page link and any notes we need.
• Your content must follow platform rules. We may refuse or stop a package if the page or content is illegal, hateful, or clearly against platform terms.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
• Payment is by bank transfer. Upload the pay slip from My Account or the thank-you page.
• Many packages take a Pay Now amount first, then the remaining balance after delivery.

Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SocialMint is not liable for lost profits or Meta platform decisions. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
